Kinse is built so caregivers can stay close without asking loved ones to install an app. Here is what that means for privacy and data at a high level.

Calls and recordings

Kinse does not store call recordings. After a call, caregivers see how the conversation went (summaries and notable moments), medication confirmation status when relevant, and alerts. These updates are written for caregivers. They are not full word-for-word transcripts. For the full policy text, use the Kinse legal pages on the marketing site:
  • Legal hub
  • Privacy, terms, and related documents linked from that hub

Alerts and emergencies

Kinse can notify you when a call or medication reminder needs attention. Kinse is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call local emergency services. See Alerts for where alerts show in the app, and Notifications for email and push preferences. Text (SMS) alerts are not available yet.
