Timeline is where you review how the call went and related activity. Open Calendar → Timeline. When you are looking at everyone, the heading is All Timelines. When one person is selected, the heading uses their name and then Timeline.

Tabs

Visible tabs are:
  • Activity
  • Highlights
  • Alerts
Activity covers activity and schedule. Highlights are highlights from calls. Alerts are alerts needing attention (and may note when some need attention). You can narrow what you see with ranges such as Showing last 24 hours, Showing last 7 days, Showing last 30 days, or Showing last 90 days. Entries also group under dates such as Today and Yesterday. On the Alerts tab, you may Acknowledge or Resolve an alert after you follow up. That is a Timeline Alerts action, not a separate Alerts inbox.
